Fire Sprinkler Designer

This individual will be responsible for creating fire sprinkler working drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD, HydraCAD and Navisworks.  Produce hydraulic calculations for fire sprinkler systems, underground supplies and fire pump systems.  Supervise junior Designers and Draftsman assisting in project design.

Requirements:

  • 2 + years of fire protection design experience.  NICET Level 2 or greater.
  • Highly proficient with AutoCAD, HydraCAD, Navisworks, HydraCALC and HydraLIST programs.
  • Demonstrate ability to utilize Word, Excel and PDF Readers.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Must be detail-oriented and good communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen test.
  • Excellent written language and interpersonal skill.

Fire Sprinkler Design Trainee

This individual will create fire sprinkler working drawings using HydraCAD, produce hydraulic calculations for fire sprinkler systems, of all types.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate ability to utilize AutoCAD, HydraCAD, HydraCALC, Word, Excel and PDF Readers.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Fire Sprinkler Draftsman

This individual will coordinate and prepare background drawings for fire sprinkler system drawings as well as create and modify  fire sprinkler system drawings in AutoCAD, under direction of a Lead Fire Sprinkler Designer.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate ability to utilize AutoCAD, Word, Excel and PDF Readers.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Must be detail-oriented and good communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen test.
  • Excellent written language and interpersonal skill.

Fire Alarm Designer

This individual will design and coordinate the Fire Alarm & Fire Suppression systems for commercial, industrial and residential buildings.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate ability to utilize AutoCAD, Word, Excel and PDF Readers.
  • Must be detail-oriented and good communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen test.
  • Fire Alarm and project management experience a plus.

Fire Sprinkler Fitter

This individual will install, coordinate, commission and test Fire Sprinker Systems of all types.

Requirements:

  • Completed AFSA apprenticeship.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience with fire sprinkler system install.
  • Boom, fork and scissor lift training is a plus.
  • Willing to take ownership of your projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen test.

Fire Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice

This individual will work along side a Fire Sprinkler Foreman to install, coordinate, commission and test Fire Sprinker Systems of all types.

Requirements:

  • Willing to enroll in AFSA Apprenticeship program.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen test.

Fire Alarm Technician

This individual will install, coordinate, commission and test Fire Alarm & Fire Suppression systems of all types.

Requirements:

  • NICET Level II or III preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience with fire alarm / detection systems.
  • Conduit & wire installation experience a plus.
  • Willing to take ownership of your projects.
  • Demonstrate ability to utilize Microsoft Office Apps.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen test.

Fire Alarm Inspector

This individual will test and inspect fire alarm systems of all types.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of multiple fire alarm manufacturer’s equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Organized, self motivated and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with fire alarm / detection systems.
  • Conduit & wire installation experience a plus.
  • Willing to take ownership of your projects.
  • Demonstrate ability to utilize Microsoft Office Apps.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen test.

Fire Sprinkler Inspector

This individual will test and inspect fire sprinkler systems and fire pumps of all types.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of NFPA 13 & 25
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Organized, self motivated and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with fire sprinkler systems.
  • Willing to take ownership of your projects.
  • Demonstrate ability to utilize Microsoft Office Apps.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen test.

Welder

This individual will be responsible for welding black, galvanized and stainless steel pipe.

Requirements:

  • Must be certified GMAW-001 MIG.
  • Must be knowledgable with pipe types and sizes.
  • Be able to read blue prints.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Pipe Shop Production

This individual will be responsible for pre-fabrication of fire sprinkler pipe.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Landis Threading machines.
  • Must be knowledgable with pipe types and sizes.
  • Be able to read blue prints.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid driver’s license.
